   Handwashing

   Observed a handwashing sink to the left of the bun carmelizer and a handwashing sink to the right of the back of the house ice machine that had food contents poured into them.// A handwashing sink shall be maintained so that it is accessible at all times for employee use and not used for purposes other than handwashing. An automatic handwashing facility shall be used in accordance with manufacturer's instructions. (Pf) Corrective Actions: The person in charge cleaned and sanitized both handwashing sinks so that they were available for use.//
