   Observed the facility's walk-in cooler holding a temperature above 41°F (5°C). See temperature log. Equipment shall be maintained in a state of repair and condition that meets the requirements specified under subsections .05(1) and .05(2) . (C) Corrective Actions: Maintenance came and added Freon to the condenser. The cooler is now holding a temperature in compliance. See temperature log.
