   Observed 4 reusable water bottles stored on prep counters throughout the kitchen and 2 cell phones on prep counters at the start of the inspection. // ***SECOND CONSECUTIVE REPEAT OF THE SAME CODE PROVISION*** Areas designated for employees to eat, drink, and use tobacco shall be located so that food, equipment, linens, and single-service and single-use articles are protected from contamination. (C) Corrective Actions: Person-in-charge (PIC) moved all items out of the kitchen. //
