    Observed multiple foods in walk in cooler and the ambient temperature of walk in cooler cold holding above 41F. Observed milk at meat prep station cold holding at temperature above 41F and not held in a cooler. CA: Except during preparation, cooking, or cooling, or when time is used as the public health control, time/temperature control for safety food shall be maintained at 41°F (5°C) COS: All foods that were prepped more than 6 hours before inspection were discarded. Foods prepped the day of inspection within the 6 hour limit were added to ice baths. Walk in cooler temperatures were lowered to a temperature below 41F Corrected On-Site. New Violation.
