Observed milk at meat prep station cold holding at temperature above 41F and not held in a cooler. CA: Except during preparation, cooking, or cooling, or when time is used as the public health control, time/temperature control for safety food shall be maintained at 41°F (5°C) COS: All foods that were prepped more than 6 hours before inspection were discarded. Foods prepped the day of inspection within the 6 hour limit were added to ice baths. Walk in cooler temperatures were lowered to a temperature below 41F Corrected On-Site. New Violation.
