   Observed two ice maker machines located in the back of the kitchen with orange and dark-colored debris present around the ice dispensing areas. Equipment food-contact surfaces and utensils shall be cleaned at a frequency necessary to preclude accumulation of soil or mold.

   Observed multiple live gnats in the bar area. The presence of insects, rodents, and other pests shall be controlled to minimize their presence on the premises by: Routinely inspecting incoming shipments of food and supplies; Routinely inspecting the premises for evidence of pests; Eliminating harborage conditions.

The presence of insects, rodents, and other pests shall be controlled to minimize their presence on the premises by: Routinely inspecting incoming shipments of food and supplies; Routinely inspecting the premises for evidence of pests; Eliminating harborage conditions. Discussed with PIC the importance of deep cleaning the facility on a weekly basis, promptly cleaning up spills, and, if feasible, improving drainage to help reduce gnat activity. New Violation.
