   Using a Handwashing Sink. 1. A handwashing sink shall be maintained so that it is accessible at all times for employee use. 2. A handwashing facility may not be used for purposes other than handwashing. At the time of inspection designated hand wash sink in kitchen was observed blocked by a used plastic disposable cup placed directly in said sink. Corrected on Site: Cup was removed by person in charge. Corrected On-Site. New Violation.
