None of the food items were being cooled at time of inspection. CA: Storing the food in packages, covered containers, or wrappings, except for loosely covered or uncovered containers in which food is being cooled if protected from overhead contamination; COS: PIC voluntarily covered the containers with foil.    Observed a handwashing sink in bar area with no running water. Additionally, observed one out of the two handwashing sinks in the ladies room with no running water. According to PIC the sink is leaking so the water is turned off until the sink is fixed. CA:A plumbing system shall be repaired according to law and maintained in good repair. Discussed with PIC to repair both sinks as soon as possible. Discussed minimizing bar usage until the handwashing sink is fixed. New Violation. Correct By: 10/09/2026

   Observed three live roaches in kitchen area (one live roach was found near the prep top cooler on the wall and the other two live roaches were found near the back exit door). CA: The presence of insects, rodents, and other pests shall be controlled to minimize their presence on the premises by routinely inspecting the premises for evidence of pests; Using methods, if pests are found, such as trapping devices or other means of pest control; Eliminating harborage conditions.

   Observed three live roaches in kitchen area (one live roach was found near the prep top cooler on the wall and the other two live roaches were found near the back exit door).
