CA: Chlorine sanitizers must be between 50ppm to 100ppm to effectively sanitize utensils and equipment. COS: The glasses that were in the warewashing machine were sanitized in the 3-compartment sink. (See temperature log below) CA: Except during preparation, cooking, or cooling, or when time is used as the public health control, time/temperature control for safety food shall be maintained at 41°F (5°C) or below. COS: Dairy Items that were stored in cooler were discarded (whipped cream, Milk, and Almond Milk). Discussed with PIC to not store any dairy products in cooler until it is repaired. Use all other working coolers instead. Corrected On-Site. Repeat Violation.
