   Observed no test strips available to measure lactic acid concentrations of the sanitizer in three compartment sink. CA: A test kit or other device that accurately measures the concentration in mg/L of sanitizing solutions shall be provided. Discussed with PIC to use the dishwasher for the time being. According to PIC, test strips should come in today. If test strips do not come in today, PIC will purchase germicidal bleach. New Violation. Correct By: 10/17/2026
