    Observed black debris on the inner plastic part of the ice machine; Additionally, observed black debris on the soda machine nozzle. CA: Surfaces of utensils and equipment contacting food that is not time/temperature control for safety food shall be cleaned at a frequency necessary to preclude accumulation of soil or mold. Discussed with PIC to clean and sanitize the ice machine and soda nozzles more frequently to prevent debris accumulation. PIC voluntarily removed the nozzles to be washed and sanitized. The TCS food items were two containers of sliced tomatoes, one container of pico de gallo, and three containers of cream cheese. CA: A food that requires datemarking shall be discarded if it exceeds 7 days, not including the time that the product is frozen. COS: PIC discarded the TCS food items. Corrected On-Site.
