    Employees shall consume food only in approved designated areas separate from food preparation and serving areas, equipment or utensil areas and food storage areas. However, drinking from a single service beverage cup with a secure lid and straw that is handled to prevent contamination of the employee’s hands, the container, exposed food, clean equipment, utensils and linens, unwrapped single-service and single-use articles will be allowed. Observed food working drinking water from open water bottle in kitchen. COS: PIC discarded said cup and was advised to have food workers drink from a single service beverage cup with a secure lid and straw that is handled to prevent contamination of the employee’s hands. Corrected On-Site. Repeat Violation.

At the time of inspection multiple plastic bowls without handles were observed encrusted with food particles and indirect contact with assorted dry food ingredients in food storage bins. Person in charge was advised to scoops with handles and store with handles above food to prevent cross contamination. Repeat Violation. Correct By: 07/09/2026
