Observed ice machine in disrepair and with lite black build up in the interior of ice machine. CA: Equipment food-contact surfaces and utensils shall be clean regularly and by sight and touch to prevent build up. COS- PIC started to melt ice and clean drink and frosty dispensers. Corrected On-Site. Repeat Violation.
