Observed ice machine unclean with black substances in direct contact with ice. Soda nozzle observed with black substances in direct contact with soda. COS: Ice was burned off and machine and bin were cleaned and sanitized while inspector was onsite. Soda nozzle were removed and soda machine and nozzles were cleaned and sanitized while inspector was onsite.
