CA: Food employees shall clean their hands and exposed portions of their arms immediately before engaging in food preparation including working with exposed food, clean equipment and utensils, and unwrapped single-service and single-use articles.

CA: Food employees shall clean their hands and exposed portions of their arms immediately before engaging in food preparation including working with exposed food, clean equipment and utensils, and unwrapped single-service and single-use articles. After engaging in other activities that contaminate the hands. Employee took order outside returned and did not go wash hands before next preparing order. COS: Food employees were instructed by person in charge to wash hands. Corrected On-Site. Repeat Violation.
