Observed, in prep top cooler #3 bottom, general tso's chicken and sweet & sour chicken stored uncovered that could potentially become contaminated from rack above. C/A: Store food covered to prevent possible contamination from overhead. COS: PIC placed plastic wrap covering on top of containers. Corrected On-Site. New Violation.
