   Observed several wet metal pans stacked on shelves is dishwashing area. C/A: After cleaning and sanitizing, equipment and utensils shall be air-dried not stacked. COS: PIC moved pans to three compartment sink to wash rinse and sanitize. Corrected On-Site. Repeat Violation.
