   Observed large container of shredded lettuce and small container of mayo in the bottom cooler in the front food service holding above 41F. CA: TCS food items that are cold holding shall be maintained at 41F or below. COS: Container of mayo was discarded. Lettuce was placed in ice bath and cooled to 42F with 1 hour (1:40 - 2:45). Corrected On-Site. New Violation.
