   Observed sanitizer bucket holding chlorine at 10 ppm in the main kitchen under the 3 compartment sink. CA: Wiping cloth chlorine/bleach sanitizer shall be holding at the proper minimum strength (50ppm) COS: Chlorine was remade to 50 ppm.
