   Receiving temperatures

   Observed facility received a drop earlier, as the PIC was putting the food away, and she was not checking the temperatures. EHS found boiled eggs to be at 48*F C/A Upon receipt, time/temperature control for safety food shall be inspected to ensure that there is no evidence of previous temperature abuse.
