    Observed employee remove liquid from a wok into a bucket that was stored on the floor. Employee proceeded to lift bucket and pour liquid into 3-compartment sink by handling the bottom of the bucket that was in contact with the floor. Employee proceeded to engage in food preparation. If used, single-use gloves shall be used for only one task such as working with ready-to-eat food or with raw animal food, used for no other purpose, and discarded when damaged or soiled, or when interruptions occur in the operation. (P) Corrective Actions: Had employee remove gloves. Employee washed hands.
