Observed raw, seasoned lamb that was cold-holding in a cooler below the grill above 41F. Time/temperature control for safety food shall be maintained at 41°F (5°C) or below. (P) Corrective Actions: Tzatziki sauces and feta prepared the previous day were discarded. Lamb removed from the freezer earlier today moved back to freezer to cool.
