Corrective action: Except during preparation, cooking, or cooling, or when time is used as the public health control, time/temperature control for safety (TCS) food shall be maintained at 41°F (5°C) or below. Facility voluntarily closed and will be re-evaluated upon receipt of invoice from technician and/or standard operating procedures are assessed. Corrected On-Site. New Violation.
