    Observed edge of metal sheet used as a lid to cover seasonings stored directly on floor (near the stove). CA: cleaned equipment and utensils, laundered linens, and single-service and single-use articles shall be stored: (i) In a clean, dry location; (ii) Where they are not exposed to splash, dust, or other contamination; and (iii) At least 6 inches (15 centimeters) above the floor. COS: The metal sheet was sent to be washed, rinsed, and sanitized. A clean, dry metal sheet was brought to replace the previous one and was set down on the counter space next to the seasonings. Corrected On-Site. New Violation.
