    OBSERVATION: Walk in cooler is holding at a temperature that will not allow tcs products to hold at 41F or below. CA: (a) Good Repair and Proper Adjustment. 1. Equipment shall be maintained in a state of repair and condition that meets the requirements specified under subsections (1) and (2)of this Rule. No TCS products (dairy, meat, fish) shall be stored in the cooler until it is able to hold products at 41F or below. Ideal temp for the cooler would be 38F. New Violation.
