    Observed the main handwashing sink with an unclean towel stored inside. The PIC stated they were cleaning the sink; however, food debris was present. CA: A handwashing sink shall be maintained so that it is accessible at all times for employee use. A handwashing facility may not be used for purposes other than handwashing. COS: Towel was voluntarily removed from sink by PIC. Corrected On-Site. New Violation.
