Observed interior of reach-in cooler soiled with accumulation of food residue. Reach-in cooler not cleaned to prevent accumulation of soil residue. Observed wall soiled with accumulated grease. Observed attached equipment soiled with accumulated grease. CA: Nonfood-contact surfaces of equipment shall be kept free of an accumulation of dust, dirt, food residue, and other debris.
