C/A: Equipment food-contact surfaces and utensils shall be clean to sight and touch. COS: PIC removed spoons and placed in ware washing area to be cleaned and sanitized. Facility has 10 calendar days to submit to EHS evidence of cleaned and sanitized bulk ice machine. Corrected On-Site. Repeat Violation. Correct By: 09/03/2026
