(2)Observed employee pick up fork by it's lip-contact surface with their bare hands in main kitchen. (3)Observed butter knives stored blade side up in container on counter in main kitchen. C/A: Single-service and single-use articles and cleaned and sanitized utensils shall be handled, displayed, and dispensed so that contamination of food-and lip-contact surfaces is prevented. COS: Items inverted, employee put on gloves. Corrected On-Site. New Violation.
