A resolution on Atlanta City Council’s Sept. 21 agenda proposed up to $71,337,337 as the next payment toward 29 Innovia APM 300R Plane Train vehicles from Alstom Transport USA at Hartsfield-Jackson Atlanta International Airport. The supporting resolution says the city had already approved purchasing those vehicles and authorized earlier payments. The agenda does not establish approval of this additional funding.
