Atlanta City Council approved up to $71,337,337 Sept. 21 to fund phase two of the Plane Train vehicle program at Hartsfield-Jackson Atlanta International Airport. Resolution 26-R-4019 concerns 29 new Innovia APM 300R vehicles from Alstom Transport USA, Inc.
