Atlanta’s Zoning Committee unanimously recommended Sept. 28 changing a 4.563-acre site from heavy-industrial zoning to mixed-residential-commercial zoning. The proposal covers 570 and 574 Glenn Street SW and 593 Ralph David Abernathy Boulevard SW.
