Atlanta City Council approved changing 4.563 acres on Glenn Street and Ralph David Abernathy Boulevard SW from heavy-industrial to mixed residential-commercial zoning Oct. 5. Draft action minutes record an 11–0 vote on ordinance 26-O-1452, case Z-26-48.

The action covers 570 and 574 Glenn Street SW and 593 Ralph David Abernathy Boulevard SW. BFG Glenn, LLC is the applicant. The minutes establish the change from I-2 to MRC-3 zoning, not a particular building size, home count or construction schedule.
