The work includes vertical transportation systems and building repairs involving HVAC, mechanical, electrical and plumbing systems. Ordinance 26-O-1526 would waive competitive source-selection requirements for the extension. The recommendation does not establish an executed amendment; the minutes list Oct. 5 at 1 p.m. as the next checkpoint.
