The Comprehensive Plan will guide long-range decisions over the next 20 years. The parks plan will assess existing amenities and future needs, including opportunities to expand recreational services. The city anticipates adoption of both plans by the mayor and council in June 2027; the workshop is an input opportunity, not an adoption decision.
