On Hammond Drive, the Lake Forrest Drive signal was in its final configuration but awaiting final inspection. At Sandy Springs Circle, the contractor was awaiting Georgia Power approval to reattach the traffic signal to a new shared-use utility pole. These intersections are part of a five-intersection signal and accessibility-upgrade program.

Related illuminated street-name sign replacement was complete at 10 of 12 signalized intersections. The report says the remaining installations at Hammond Drive's Lake Forrest Drive and Sandy Springs Circle intersections would follow signal construction. These are the report's September milestones, not evidence that all remaining work has since been completed.
