Right-of-way acquisition was complete for nine of 10 parcels needed for Sandy Springs’ Peachtree Dunwoody Bike/Pedestrian Trail, according to the city’s Sept. 18, 2026, capital-project report. Project TS131 proposes separated bicycle and pedestrian sidepaths on one side of Peachtree Dunwoody Road between Hammond Drive and Mount Vernon Highway.
