Final paving for Sandy Springs’ Mount Vernon Highway at Johnson Ferry Road improvements depended on relocating overhead utilities underground, according to the city’s Sept. 18, 2026, capital-project report. Project TS191 still had Georgia Power installations underway, with Comcast and AT&T work to follow.
