Jett Ferry–Spalding sidewalk reaches substantial completion; punch-list work remains

The Jett Ferry Road/Spalding Drive sidewalk project from Jett Ferry Court to Dunvegan Close had reached substantial completion, according to Sandy Springs’ Sept. 18, 2026, capital-project report. Project S2184 covers the south side of the route.

Although the report labels the project phase “COMPLETE,” it also says punch-list work was underway. The entry documents substantial completion, not final acceptance or completion of every remaining item.
