Huntingdon Trail stormwater project is in concept design and easement planning

Concept designs and drainage-easement documents are being developed for the stormwater project at 1560 Huntingdon Trail, according to Sandy Springs’ Sept. 18, 2026, capital-project report. The documents cover permanent and construction drainage easements.

Engineering design services are planned to end by November 2026. That is a design target, not a construction-completion date; the entry documents preparation work rather than a construction start or completed easement acquisition.
