Bulldogs is seeking permission for a food trailer at 893 Peachtree Street NE, with an attached plan showing four small outdoor tables and eight seats behind the building. The special-use permit appears among first-reading ordinances in Atlanta’s Oct. 12 Zoning Committee draft minutes.[1][2]
The drawing calls for the trailer to sit on existing asphalt rather than become a permanent structure. Each two-foot-square table would have two chairs; the tables, like the trailer, would be movable.[1]
The proposed ordinance would grant the outdoor-sales permit to RKJC Inc., doing business as Bulldogs. David L. Allen is the listed applicant. The request is case U-26-16, paired with ordinance 26-O-1576.[1][2]
The first-reading entry does not record permit approval, and the meeting packet’s workflow sheet lists the legislation as pending. These records describe a proposed setup—not established permission to begin the use—and do not establish an opening date.[1][2]
There is also an unresolved discrepancy in the paperwork: the packet labels the drawing as an attachment to U-26-16, but its city receipt stamp reads U-26-015. The records reviewed do not explain the mismatch. The layout described here is the attached proposal, not an approved plan.[1]
