A proposed multifamily development at 1425 and 1475 Ellsworth Industrial Boulevard NW is on Atlanta’s Nov. 5 Board of Zoning Adjustment agenda. Case V-26-073 seeks to increase the required transitional height plane from 35 to 59 feet and reduce the required transitional yard from 20 feet to zero.[1]
The agenda lists the application for review, not as variances already granted. It does not state a proposed number of homes.[1]
