The proposed neighborhood protections include a 30-foot replanted or tree-save landscape area along the northern border and a six-foot fence between the project and neighboring homes. The designated civic space would have no retail, and the park boundary would receive a four-foot fence with a gate.

The conditions also call for five-foot sidewalks along all Lewis and Oglesby frontages. A left-turn lane on Lewis Road at Oglesby Drive would gain 75 feet of storage on the east side of the intersection, subject to Powder Springs approval.

The letter references a zoning site plan dated July 1, 2026, which was not included in the supplied record. These are proposed conditions, not evidence of adopted zoning requirements or project approval.
