   Observed black mold-like substance inside of ice machine where the ice is made. Equipment food-contact surfaces and utensils shall be clean to sight and touch. (Pf) Corrective Actions: Person in charge sanitized the ice machine.

   1,2,4Observed multiple containers that were supposed to be clean and dry stacked while still wet. Clean equipment and utensils shall be stored in a self-draining position that allows air drying and covered or inverted. (C) Corrective Actions: Person in charge moved all containers to the dirty dish area to be washed and sanitized again.
