   Observed 1 bucket that contained wet wiping cloths stored in a chlorine sanitizer solution that did not reach it's appropriate concentration of 50-100 ppm..// Cloths in-use for wiping counters and other equipment surfaces shall be stored in sanitizer of the appropriate concentration in-between uses and laundered daily. (C) Corrective Actions: The chlorine sanitizer was remade to reach its appropriate concentration.//
