   Food-contact surface sanitation

   All soda nozzles had a build-up of a black mold-like substance. Equipment food-contact surfaces and utensils shall be clean to sight and touch. (Pf) Corrective Actions: Nozzles were placed into sanitizer water and replaced with clean ones from the office.
