   &2Observed personal drinking cups and open plastic bottles that were not disposable with lids and a straw stored on top of the food prep surface in the memory care side kitchenette, in the kitchenette in the main dining room, and in the storage room in the main kitchen.// Employees shall consume food and drink only in approved designated areas separate from food preparation and serving areas, equipment or utensil areas and food storage areas (unless drinking from a single service beverage cup with a secure lid and straw that is handled to prevent contamination of the employee's hands, the container, exposed food, clean equipment, utensils and linens, unwrapped single-service and single-use…

   &2Observed personal drinking cups and open plastic bottles that were not disposable with lids and a straw stored on top of the food prep surface in the memory care side kitchenette, in the kitchenette in the main dining room, and in the storage room in the main kitchen.// Employees shall consume food and drink only in approved designated areas separate from food preparation and serving areas, equipment or utensil areas and food storage areas (unless drinking from a single service beverage cup with a secure lid and straw that is handled to prevent contamination of the employee's hands, the container, exposed food, clean equipment, utensils and linens, unwrapped single-service and single-use articles). (C) Corrective Actions: All employee drinks were removed or placed in a disposable cup with a lid and straw. The employee drinks were placed in a designated space that did not allow for them to contaminate any food or single use items.//
