   Observed establishment operating without proper testing strips for sanitizer dishwasher located in main kitchen. All establishments shall test the concentration of sanitizing solution ware washing to prevent possible contamination.

   Observed establishment operating without proper testing strips for sanitizer dishwasher located in main kitchen. All establishments shall test the concentration of sanitizing solution ware washing to prevent possible contamination. COS: Advised PIC to provide area with quat testing strips and to train staff on consistent testing practices. New Violation. Correct By: 06/28/2026
