   Observed no thermometers for the accurate measurement of ambient temperatures in any of the cold holding units at the bar and the WIC and WIF in the kitchen. CA: Advised PIC to ensure ambient air and water temperature measuring devices are scaled in Celsius or dually scaled in Celsius and Fahrenheit shall be designed to be easily readable and accurate to ±1.5ºC in the intended range of use.
