   Observed several TCS foods stored in the walk in cooler and prep top cooler in the main kitchen holding at temperatures above 41 F. CA PIC was instructed to ensure all TCS foods are maintained at 41 degrees or below.

   Observed several TCS foods stored in the walk in cooler and prep top cooler in the main kitchen holding at temperatures above 41 F. CA PIC was instructed to ensure all TCS foods are maintained at 41 degrees or below. PIC was instructed to monitor the cold holding units and have them serviced if they are unable to maintain proper cold holding temperatures. New Violation. Correct By: 08/28/2026
